M/s Naveen Hydraulic Services main aim was to provide quality ,timely and cost effective services to CNC hydraulic pipe bending machines, hydraulic presses and power packs, gradually when the demand for quality hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic power packs increased M/s. Naveen Hydraulic Services ventured in to manufacturing hydraulic cylinders power packs and reconditioning of pipe bending machine, presses etc.

After gaining sufficient experience in manufacturing and with lots of R&D In Designing, M/s. Naveen Hydraulic services was rechristened as M/s Naveen Hydrocontrols in the year 2005, with the aim to manufacture and provide services to CNC Tube Bending Machines, SPM For Tube End Forming, Heavy Duty Hydraulic Presses Upto 1000 Tons Capacity, Special Flexible Toolings for Tube/Square/Rod Bending and End Forming, Hydraulic Cylinders, Reconditioning Of Hydraulic Benders, Presses and Providing Services for Hydraulically operated machines.

In the first year of operation M/s. Naveen Hydrocontrols manufactured 5 nos. Of cnc 2 axes tube bending machines and 4 nos. Of spm for leading ancillary units of Cummins India, Tata Motors Ltd and Bajaj Auto Ltd, etc. The quality, timely delivery schedule and efficient timely service has made our customer to trust us, recommend and placed repeat orders.

In the second year of operations we planned to extend our marketing operations to southern india and we participated In Amtex Machine Tools Exhibition In Chennai- 2006, and procured orders worth over 1.5 Million USD.

The increased production and shortage of space made M/S. Naveen Hydrocontrols difficult To operate, so M/s. Naveen Hydrocontrols decided to move to a larger space with better infrastructure and procured a Plot Measuring 806 sq mtrs. In MIDC Bhosari Pune in the month of Sept 2006, and the production increased from 3 machines per month to 5 machines per month and it was the right time to go in for ISO Certification and process of GMS started and was awarded ISO 9001-2000 Certification in the month of Dec 2006.

We have well equipped state of art technology tool room and manufacturing facility. strong, highly experienced work force in design, marketing and production.

The production capacity has increased from 5 machines to 6 machines per month, our lead time for delivery has reduced from 15 week to 8 weeks, this is because the trust our esteemed customer has on us and our quality, competitive pricing, and timely delivery schedules,    M/s. Naveen Hydrocontrols was able to grow at @ 300% per annum in terms of production and turnover.
